After 35 years in government and private industry, serving as Senior Vice President and Associate General Council for one of the southeast United States' largest banks BB&T, as a Government Affairs Executive for Royal & Sun Alliance (now Arrowpoint Capital), and as an Associate Counsel for Government Affairs with the American Insurance Association, Jeffrey Klein now manages his own consulting agency JMK Regulatory.

Legal Credentials:
Jeffrey has a JD in Administrative Law from Brooklyn Law School ('78) and an BA from NYU  in Politics ('75). 

A resident of Charlotte North Carolina since the mid 1980's, he has been present to see the booming growth of business in the southeast region and has helped spearhead that growth through the prominent regional businesses he has served. As a community member and advocate he served on the Charlotte Community School of Arts board, and is a member of the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance (formerly the Charlotte Chamber), and dedicated his time to service projects with Temple Israel of Charlotte, North Carolina, and with BB&T's philanthropic Lighthouse Projects. 

Jeffrey is a member of the North Carolina and New York State Bars and a regular attendee of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). 

Jeffrey is a husband,a father, and a grandfather who loves travel, sports, and wearing many hats (both literally and metaphorically).
